Customer Survey Results
As part of our measurement and evaluation strategy to continuously improve our performance a 'Customer Satisfaction Questionaire' is regularly sent out to our clients.
The results of this exercise show an overall figure for customer satisfaction of 88.5%

3. How would you rate the timeliness of our delivery?
4. How would you rate the the helpfulness of any of our staff with whom you have had contact?
5. If you have made a complaint, how would you rate the way it was handled?
